Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right:

30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund — usually without needing the item back.

How to start a return: Message us through the contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please don't ship anything back before hearing from us — unauthorized returns can't be processed.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Return shipping is covered by us when the item is defective or incorrect; otherwise the customer covers return postage.
